Return of Donated Property

If money is donated, it should be returned. If the gift is a physical matter, it should be returned as the same. If the physical gift cannot be returned due to loss or transference, compensation shall be of the same value according to Article 157 of the General Provisions of the Civil Law, by referring to the fair market price at the time of loss or transference of the physical gift.
